Z Baj may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. Any withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.

Z Baj is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, Z Baj is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
